Adjudication Notice

Referral Notice

The Referral Notice must make your detailed claim, coherently, succinctly, and in accordance with the contract and relevant legal principles.  Time is of the essence in adjudication and our template can help with the quality of the Referral notice which is essential to giving clarity for the Adjudicator and efficiency for the resolving of your dispute. 

Reply to Response and other submissions

A Reply and other submissions are not a given in Adjudication and may only be allowed subject to being allowed by the Adjudicator.  Our template can help properly format the submission and identify when and how to apply for the submission of a Reply.

Jurisdictional Challenges

Response to Referral

The Response to the Referral may be the only submission allowed by the Responding party so it is vital that your format provides for a detailed, coherent, and succinct Response covering all claims made in the Referral by addressing the key issues in dispute.  Our template and guidance can help with this.

Rejoinder and other submissions

Submission further to the Response may be required, but not allowed unless properly applied for in the Adjudication.  Out template provide guidance on how to format such submissions and how and when to apply for them to the Adjudicator.
