Preparation of Claims
It is crucial that to get the most out of the Adjudication your claim or defence is constructed in accordance with the requirements of your contract and also in line with the relevant legal principles in respect of quantum, and the evidential requirements of the Adjudication.
We can advise how to prepare, or we can prepare your claim to meet the necessary standards for Adjudication.

Drafting of Submissions
We are experts in quantum claims and drafting of submissions for Adjudication. All submissions are drafted by a qualified Adjudicator who is registered on the panel of Adjudicators with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Full Party Representation
We provide full party representation throughout the Adjudication. We advise on any matters arising throughout the Adjudication and respond for you with any submissions or correspondence as required.
