How we Provide our Contract Reviews
We read your contract against any relevant documents, including your tender submission, and identify any risks we find that could result in negative outcomes for you. We then provide you with a risk assessment which highlights each risk and provides a mitigation action for the risk. The assessment also advises on the severity of the risk before and after the mitigation action.
All contract reviews are carried out by a Chartered Professional with over 25 years experiance in Construction Contracts, who is also:
