Quantum Expert Reporting
We provide quantum reports in claims or defence for adjudication or for use in settlement negotiations. We have provided hundreds of reports for our clients and with a high level of success. Quantum reports are often required as a matter of urgency, particularly when the short time frames of adjudication are involved, but reports generally require matters of significant complexity to be addressed. Meaning reports are often required quickly but not at the expense of quality.
Through professional qualification and experience we are able to understand the problem quickly and identify the key issues to be addressed to arrive at entitlement and quantum in accordance with the contract.

Mark Holden-Smith is a RICS associate Quantity Surveyor, Chartered Construction Manager with the Chartered Institute of Building specialising in commercial and dispute management, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Institute of Construction Claims Practitioners, and a registered Adjudicator with the RICS and CIArb with over 25 years experience in construction. Mark is well placed to help parties to construction contracts in the quantification and management of construction claims and disputes.
